The hotel offers a lovely location and beautiful beach, but we faced quite a few issues during our stay that made it less enjoyable. While the staff, especially Gabriele, was helpful, we encountered several inconveniences with our room, check-in process, and the dining experience. Despite the gorgeous property, the presence of security made us feel uneasy at times.

One of our rooms had the wrong bed configuration and we experienced power outages. Additionally, the shower was only lukewarm.

Our stay at the resort was enjoyable overall, with extremely helpful staff and clean facilities. The beach was beautiful, but the lack of evening entertainment was a letdown, and some aspects of the dining could use improvement. While we loved the beach views from our room, the limited variety in dining options made us seek meals elsewhere. All in all, it was a good place to relax.
